Most of our products are available for Free UK Delivery and if ordered before 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the same day at no extra shipping charge. (Please note UK standard delivery only – excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands).
Just Your Shoes will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods within our delivery pledge. Contact will be made immediately should a delay be expected. Any items that are in low stock may be subject to availability; if so, the customer will be notified of this at the first opportunity and may be offered an alternative.
Free UK Next Working Day Delivery – If ordered before 1:00pm, orders will be despatched on the same day (Monday – Friday) and will be delivered within our 48 hour service, but in most cases this will be a Next Day Delivery This is only applicable to those included within the UK standard delivery area and excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Northern Ireland customers may also find a slightly longer shipping time. However, where possible, we will endeavour to dispatch all goods within our delivery pledge and customers will be contacted if we believe that a delay may be possible.
Free UK 2 – 4 Day Delivery – Where an item is marked as "2 - 4 Day Delivery"' customers can expect their item within four days of ordering (UK standard delivery). All items are in-stock but will take slightly longer due to them being held at our secondary warehousing.
Delivery Addresses
In order to prevent fraud and ensure your items are delivered safely, all orders are subject to additional security checks. Should your billing address or card holder details not match the details held by your card issuing bank, you order may be delayed.
PayPal Orders: We are only able to ship to 'confirmed' PayPal addresses. If the address on your order is not confirmed your order may be cancelled and the transaction refunded.
When your card address differs from your delivery address: Again, to prevent fraud, we only deliver to the cardholders registered address. However, we understand that sometimes this is not convenient, and if you can contact us with an alternative address, we will attempt to verify it. Once verified, at our discretion, we can ship your delivery (we still require both addresses before shipping). We will also attempt to deliver to alternative addresses if you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been signed for, regardless of who has signed for it.
Due to the potential inception of parcels from too many people we are currently unable to deliver to Schools, Universities, Hospitals and so on.
Please note, the majority of our shipments are made by via Federal Express Courier Services or TNT; items may not be left without a signature. Low value items may be sent by secure Royal Mail.
Deliveries outside the UK are dependent upon surface shipping times, shipment bulk pooling and carrier standard delivery times.
Due to the high levels of stock held by our company from time to time, there may be small errors in our stock availability displayed. This is inevitable and unavoidable in any system and also may be influenced by damage to stock and or errors made by manufacturers which are beyond our control. Should items be unavailable it is both unreasonable and impossible for the company to be held at fault. We cannot accept any responsibility for possible consequential losses or perceived loss by the customer regardless of our high standards of customer service.

We welcome any returns as long as the item is returned in an unworn, unsoiled condition and is in its original box. You have 14 days to return the item to us. Within this 14 days we offer an exchange policy which allows you to exchange your item free of charge. So, if you don't get the fit or colour quite right first time, you can the second time!
When returning an item, as long as you have adhered to our returns policy you may have:
Full Refund: For the value of the item. OR,
Exchange: You may exchange the returned item for another item of your choice, which will be shipped back to you free of charge (UK customers only) and as fast as possible. This is any item of your choice. Please note: if your exchange item is more than the original item you will have to pay the difference, equally if it is cheaper than your original item, you will be refunded for this difference.
Our Pledge
We will ship all orders to our customers free of charge (UK customers only). Any return is at the customers own cost and risk, but we will exchange this item free of charge again, if our 14 day exchange policy is adhered to. Export customers may be subject to additional charges for product exchange equal to the original freight charge made at the point of purchase.
Returning An Item
Send the item back in its original packaging.
Re-use the original wrapping or re-wrap the product (a bin liner would be suffice). Never send a shoe box through the post unwrapped for security reasons.
Do not deface or write on the shoe box or we will be unable to accept the return.
Exchanges should be noted on your Returns Form.
If there is problem/fault with your shoes, please state where the problem is an on which shoe (right or left) on your returns form.
We recommend you insure the item for transit on return.
Once the item has been returned to us and approved, we will refund you on the credit card/account you originally used. (Please note: this may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
If there is a difference in price on an exchange, we will charge/refund the card you originally used with this difference where required. No additional charge will be made for an item that is of the same value. We will dispatch your return as soon as we can.

Unfortunately, the Company is unable to offer an unconditional guarantee against any product it sells. Nor is any warranty given or implied to properties or performance, unless directly stated.
Method Of Payment
The Company accepts orders by phone or online using either our own cart, PayPal or Google Checkout.
Your credit card statement will show the transaction as "BAWTRY SHOE COMPANY". PayPal and orders will show the transaction as "HOBSON & BATES SHOES LIMITED" and Google Checkout will show them as "JUST BOOTS AND SHO".
VAT
The Company reserve the right to amend VAT if necessary. This is included in all prices shown on this site at the current rate.
Pricing
The Company reserves the right to alter prices as and when necessary, subject to increases by suppliers and manufacturers.
Export Orders
Please purchase relevant shipping rates at point of display upon checkout. If your destination is not included in our destinations (please see the Shipping & Freight tab at the top of this page) then please contact us to see if delivery to this destination can be considered.
Unfortunately, the Company is unable to estimate, nor is responsible for, any local shipping, handling or custom surcharges. Please check with your local customs service to ensure that you are aware of any charges or handling issues that may arise during the importation of your goods.
Complaints
Goods becoming faulty after usage should be returned to the Company immediately. The Company will either replace or repair the goods if necessary and applicable. The Company has a reputation for dealing in the very best branded goods and has the security of the manufacturer ensured for your behalf.
Claims regarding faulty goods will be assessed by the Company and the Company will adjudge the claim taking into account, age, usage, care, maintenance and so on. All claims will be subject to 'Fair Wear and Tear' with regards to the purpose for which the goods are offered. The Company's decision is final.
Offers of replacement or refunds will be offered by the Company regarding claims against faulty goods should the claim be deemed justified in relation to defective workmanship and materials. The Company is liable for nothing more than the contract price of the goods which are the subject of the complaint.
The Company takes all usual and reasonable precautions to ensure the excellence of workmanship and materials.
The customer is reminded, that on some occasions a third-party may be responsible for the despatch and inspection of your goods.
Health & Safety
Please note: due to new health and safety guidelines, our Customer Service Team can no longer inspect an item that is returned soiled, and must return the product.
Guarantee
The Company guarantees all goods supplied against fault workmanship and defective materials. If the goods are unsuitable or fault upon receipt, the Company guarantees to issue a full refund or exchange immediately on return of the goods, providing the rules are adhered to as set out in our returns section.
Voucher Usage
All voucher usage is subject to a minimum spend of £30. The use of all vouchers and members codes are subject to fair and correct intended useage. Type or brand specific codes are exactly that and can not be applied for general use. The use of any voucher or code may be refused at the point of order processing.
